Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Burleigh, Queensland Australia. Once your order has been posted, we will send you an email to notify you that your order is on its way. This email will include tracking details so you can keep an eye on the status of your order. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch via emailing: hello@driftcollective.com.au and one of our team members will be happy to help.

Please note that for items over $100, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a card notifying you that your parcel is awaiting collection at your local post office. If you would like the parcel to be left in a safe place, please email us after placing your order. Drift Collective will not be liable for any missing goods if you wish for the courier to leave your item unattended. 

Shipping will be calculated at checkout but please see below for our current rates.

AUSTRALIA            ~ We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $100. *Excludes Sale Periods*

                                ~ All orders under $100 will incur a $12 shipping fee.

NZ                           ~ New Zealand orders will incur a $15 shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL    ~ All orders must be over $100 and will incur a $30 flat rate shipping fee.

 

Standard Shipping Times:

Australia Wide        ~ 2 - 5 Business days after the order is processed.

International           ~ Please email us at: hello@driftcollective.com.au with your address and we can inform you of the estimated shipping time. 

 

Order Processing Times:

All orders placed before 3pm AEST will be posted the following business day. We will always endeavor to get your items to you ASAP, however, during peak sale periods, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. 

 

International Customs Clearance: 

Please note that Drift Collective has no control over import duty fees or  taxes applied by your country's customs department upon arrival. We always recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to seek clarification. 

 

Returns:

We know you will not be disappointed when you feel our luxe linen for yourself.

We take great care in inspecting our product before it is sent to you, however, in the unlikely instance that your order is damaged or deemed faulty we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please send an email to our customer care team at: hello@driftcollective.com.au with photos and once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Drift Collective will not accept returns if the product has been used or is not in its original condition.

We are more than happy to offer a store credit for change of mind, please email our  team at hello@driftcollective.com.au and we will arrange this for you.

Please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns.
